salary is good. They provide good salary but they took your time salary wise.

Dislikes

Nothing is likeable there, and you can't use your mobile in the office. I worked there as a senior accountant but the job became my nightmare after one month. No one is supportive. And bogus culture boss is the only one to take any tiny decision. A single work like invoice and challan which need to take 30 min but due to lack of information its take 3 hours and then TAT arise why how long time takes. No respect to accounts department. I left the company after 2 months when I can't handle this toxic environment and in the mean time I saw more then 50 persons join and resign. The company hold my salary 1 month without any reason think thrice to join this company

There is nothing like working at Har steel industries at all. The management is rough in behaviour speak to his staffs in loud voice ,Provoke to do marketing of their Products at Kolkata , barabar area apart from Office duty.
