Business Development Executive
- 3 + years of experience in reaching to Clients for certification of Diamond & Jewellery.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of current market trend.
- Planning monthly Sale target with coordinating with the HOD.
- Timely updating the Clients related to the orders status.
- Handling Client queries, compliant and giving the feedback related to order with guidance of HOD
- Ability to identify potential Clients
- Arrange a meeting for prospective clients with the top management of your company
- Do cold calling, email campaigns, and walk to client office.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
