Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our B2B customers across various industries.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing
customer accounts, and achieving sales targets.
You will work closely with customer service team and operations team to ensure customer
satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers
Negotiate sales contracts and agreements
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field also MBA in marketing can apply.
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical or raw materials industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel as needed.
