HR Assistant Manager

Age:- 28 to 40

Experience:- 08 to 15 years

Education:- Must be Graduate

• To attract candidate and act as a partner with business to effectively and efficiently implement the mobilization strategies that result in a high calibre workforce in the organization.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Excellent Sourcing skills through job boards and social media viz Naukri.com, LinkedIn, IIM jobs etc.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: from interview to closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Scheduling candidates for interview and explaining them each and every stage of interview.
• Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Drafting various letters in connection to the employment i.e - Offer Letters, Appointment letter, Increment Letter, Confirmation Letters, Relieving & Experience Letter, etc
• Pre and Post Onboarding formalities
• Maintenance of employee records files
• Assisting HR during Payroll Processing
• Exit Formalities
