Role & responsibilities

• Safety induction given to new employees.
• Conducting Safety training for workforce.
• Inspection of scaffold through checklist.
• Monitoring of crane operation and heavy lift.
• Inspection of Tools, Equipment and Lifting Gears.
• Incident / Accident investigation near miss reporting and follow up.
• HSE Audits and inspection of the site.
• Monitoring of Housekeeping.
• Attending HSE meetings.
• Inspection of PPEs.
• Monitoring of Health and Hygiene condition at the site.
• Inspecting scaffolding, working platforms and ladders for working at height.
• Inspection of Lifting tools and tackles and Monitoring for safe rigging operations.
• Electrical Safety and Plant Equipments Safety.
• Safe Operation of Hand and Power tools.
• Implementing of work permit system.
• Keeping and maintaining the EHS records and reporting.
• Risk Assessment (HIRA, JSA Etc).
• Preparing Daily Safety Report, Monthly HSE statistics report, Plant& Machinery inspection, portable electrical equipments inspection ,Lifting tools & tackles inspection.

Preferred candidate profile : Must have Graduate in Health and Safety
