As a Business Analyst at Gyrus, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the delivery of impactful, AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and customers to gather and analyze detailed business and product requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to identify business needs, user pain points, and opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
• Create visual workflows using tools like Miro or Lucidchart to map processes and data flows.
• Document clear, concise functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business goals.

Product Roadmap & Strategy:

• Support the development of a product roadmap aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Assist in prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business value.
• Validate strategic product decisions by analyzing business data and market demand.

Business Process & Market Analysis:

• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies or opportunities where AI/ML solutions can add value.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate trends, competitor solutions, and potential differentiators.
• Perform SWOT analysis to shape product strategies and identify areas for improvement.

User Stories & Prototypes:

• Translate product requirements into actionable user stories and use cases for technical teams.
• Define clear acceptance criteria to ensure features meet business needs.
• Work with designers to develop wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to align solutions with user needs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions.
• Ensure effective communication of project progress, risks, and updates to all stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and business processes to derive actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify business challenges and convert them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and technical workflows to communicate effectively with engineers and data scientists.
• Agile & Scrum: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent for sprint planning and project tracking.
• Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for wireframing and workflow design.
• Market Research: Experience conducting research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on delivering solutions that meet user needs and solve real-world problems.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment. Experience in AI/ML projects is a plus.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Agile, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSPO) are a plus but not mandatory.
