Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive classroom or online training sessions on Full Stack Development using JAVA, MERN, and/or Python.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update course content, training materials, projects, and assessments to align with industry standards and trends.
• Practical Learning: Facilitate hands-on coding sessions, live project implementation, and real-world application of full-stack development principles.
• Mentoring Students: Provide guidance, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions to ensure students grasp concepts effectively and excel in their learning.
• Assessment and Feedback: Monitor student progress through regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and assist them in their placement preparation.
• Stay Updated: Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies to ensure students receive the latest and most relevant training.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the academic and placement teams to ensure alignment of training with career-focused objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in full-stack development using JAVA, Spring/Spring Boot, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Express, and Python/Django.
• Pedagogical Skills: Strong ability to teach complex concepts in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications in Full Stack Development, JAVA, MERN, or Python.
