Job Description: -

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer specializing in the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, scalable, and performant. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and requires strong communication skills for direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MEAN/MERN stack.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Database Management: Create and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient querying.
• API Development: Build RESTful or GraphQL APIs for efficient data communication between front-end and back-end.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the scalability, performance, and responsiveness of web applications.
• Debugging: Identify and resolve software bugs and technical issues efficiently.
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and improve overall processes.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
• Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and address concerns effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.js.
• Strong experience in back-end development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with databases like MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs.
• Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of best practices for web security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
