Assistant Manager - HR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in faculty planning and manpower forecasting as per academic requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, issuing offer and follow-up until joining.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates / right fitment.
• Ensure compliance with university's practices and procedures while handling employee grievances and relations.
• Oversee attendance management, leave management, and HR documentation processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency in the operations.
• Analyze HR metrics using MIS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources (specialized in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition).
• Candidate should have experience preferably in the University set-up.
• Qualification: MBA
• Strong understanding of Institutional HR policies, HR MIS, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Attendance Management and Leave Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
