Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for aftermarket products in the automotive industry.
  
• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive channel sales growth through dealer management and distribution network expansion.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product development and pricing strategy.
  
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the automobile components industry ( preferably 2 wheeler auto)
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and team management.
  
• Strong understanding of auto parts sales and supply chain.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
