TL- Operations who will be managing and leading a team of employees, communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team and focus on motivating team members and assesses performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals and show a road map to team for achieving the same
- Train SMEs in terms of individual services and address their queries on a daily basis.
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices.
- Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
- Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
- Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Set revenue targets and then develop and execute a strategy to meet those.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the same field
- Hands on experience in Team handling (SMEs), proof reading / Editing
- Hands-on experience in Academic writing , QC &QA
- Understand and integrate business strategies and trends in technology to deliver value
- Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
- Outstanding end customer/consumer relationship skills
