Salay: 3.75 LPA to 7 LPA (As Per Industry Standard) + allowance (TA & DA)

Job Description:

Amontron, a premium food brand specializing in rice, pulses, spices, oils, and other grocery essentials, seeks a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients to ensure regular orders and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales plans.
• Regularly visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution centers to ensure product availability and visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Spices (Masala) sales or related industry from FMCG company.
• Strong capacity to handle distributorship and expand our partnership with distributors.
• Familiarity with local markets and retail dynamics especially in the entire Kolkata region.
• Strong Mentality to work in a startup company.
