Job Description
- Lead Generation
- Identify and generate potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry-specific databases.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Recruitment
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email and phone.
- Screen and qualify Advisors and Experts based on the requirement and company standards.
- Facilitate agreement to complete online quantitative market research surveys.
- Communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with potential leads.
- Draft and send compelling outreach emails and follow-up communications.
- Conduct phone calls to engage and qualify leads.
- Data Management
- Update and maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation and recruitment activities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in lead generation and/or recruitment.
- Familiarity with US business culture is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to work US business hours.
