As a Workday Technical Architect at Guidehouse, you will be responsible for driving the technical solution and scope for current and prospective clients, leading technical team members with expertise in integrations, data, reporting, and analytics, and designing and developing system integrations for our customers who are implementing Workday as a solution
This leadership position will require people manager skills and ability to grow and develop the technical Workday team at Guidehouse
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead and manage other Workday technical consultants
Work directly with sales to support opportunities by providing expertise and solution advice to prospective clients
Invest in internal initiatives to further enhance Guidehouse s delivery capabilities
Actively communicate with other practice members on overall project delivery and practice items
Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integrations and/or data conversion for high profile clients
Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams
Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assets
Demonstrate leadership and consultative skills
Have a passion for high customer satisfaction levels
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or computer Science field
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Great teamwork and collaboration skills
Current holder of a Workday Certification within one of the following: Integrations, Workday Studio, CCB, BIRT, Reporting
Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government
Experience working in HR or Financial Department environments with an understanding of the issues facing organizations
