Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, bidding, quotations, RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs on Gem portal.
  
• Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities through online portals like GeM portal.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and prepare comprehensive tenders that meet client needs.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy in all documentation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in e-tendering or related field (preferably from defence industry).
  
• Strong understanding of RA (Request for Application) process and ability to prepare detailed proposals.
  
• Proficiency in preparing various types of tenders such as RFQs, RFIs, RFPs etc.
