Job Description: (tender and bidding understanding)

The Tender Executive AMC role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.

The role involves identifying bidding opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals, and coordinating with relevant teams to submit competitive tenders within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Candidate should be responsible for managing the complete tendering process for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

2. Strong knowledge of AMC contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintenance requirements.

3.Analyze bid eligibility, scope of work, and feasibility based on company capabilities.

4.Experience in AMC tenders related to IT, facility management, engineering, infrastructure services, and or AMC contract management.

5. Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to finalize tender submissions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of AMC contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT hardware (servers, workstations, networking equipment, peripherals).
• Strong communication and writing skills for drafting proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
• Understanding of IT hardware maintenance, AMC, and procurement processes (preferred but not required).
