Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Own e-com products and business metrics, understand and improve customer experience
• Create product vision through long-term product strategy that is focused on driving higher conversions & repeats across our brands
• Build an overall product Roadmap that helps our business leaders achieve their goals and drive growth
• Own products and business metrics, understand and improve customer experience through data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Tech Product, Business & Marketing teams to create quarterly and monthly plans and set clear expectations while prioritizing different projects
• Independently identify opportunities & gaps to improve Marketing funnel - Conversion & AOV Scope, prioritize and lead their validation and execution end-to-end
• Analytical Mindset: Strong in coordinating with data teams and collating data through multiple touchpoints like Shopify, MoEngage, GA4, A/B Test Tools etc to conclude on benchmarking and impact analysis
• Provide leadership in defining MVPs or Experiments that allow us to test our hypothesis while delivering a delightful customer experience
• Work in collaboration with technical and UX/UI teams to drive product development
• Analyse consumer feedback and translate into actionable insights to improve conversion rates. Break the solutions into user stories, use cases and functional requirements covering the whole customer journey
• Responsible for the overall success of the brands mobile apps to drive higher retention and reach
• Work on Market research and competitor analysis

Skills & Qualifications:

• Up to 3 7 years of Experience working as a Product Manager working with Tech teams in customer facing products (preferably e-commerce brands).
• Good knowledge Shopify, Mobile Apps E-commerce Tech, along with an with a focus on UI and UX
• Good understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, conversion rate, driving higher retention
• Well versed with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) activities and industry benchmarks
• Great knowledge of Tools for A/B Testing, Data Analysis, Customer Engagement, Product Development and Management
• D2C Brand App Growth experience will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable with Tech Stack/Understanding of API Architecture, Ecommerce on Shopify
• Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
