Job Title: Data Analyst (D2C, E-commerce Industry)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 20
Salary: ₹7,00,000 - ₹11,00,000 per annum
Experience: 2-4 years

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in the D2C e-commerce space. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data, sales trends, and other key performance indicators to drive business decisions and optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance across different e-commerce platforms.
• Support the team with data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the D2C or e-commerce industry.
• Knowledge in Excel is must.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs like CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
