Month end activities
1. Reviewing the revenue reconciliation report of the team from front end software (CRM H-8) and recording the same in Tally / Oracle ERP and matching it with the sales recorded on the Tally / Oracle ERP
2. Reviewing the calculation of commission workings and checking the recording the same in Tally / Oracle ERP.
3. Ledgers scrutiny
4. Review of all provision entries
5. Review of payroll information sent by HR, TDS computation wherever applicable, loans and
advances adjustments and recording the same in Tally Oracle ERP.
6. Automate the defered & unbilled revenue and defered commission on H8 system
7. Review of all BRS.
8. Overviewing Invoice checking with PO, GRN or Work Orders
9. Review of all other closure entries
MIS Preparation
Preparation of Monthly MIS including calculation of ARPU, details of Bandwidth charges and other information as required by the Management from time to time. Assisting management for prpepartion of Annual Budgets/ AOP.
Board meetings activities
1. Conducting LR with Statutory & Internal Auditors
2. Preparation of Quarterly presentation of Balance Sheet,PL, Cash flow and ARPU, no of subscribers, Variance analysis of the same.
Statutory compliances
1. Ensure timely payments of statutory dues such as TDS, GST, PF, ESI, LWF, etc.
2. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns such as TDS, GSTR1, 3B, GSTR9 & other as applicable from time to time, Income Tax, monthly PF & ESI, DoT quarterly return & any other such compliances required from time to time.
3. Handling statutory, tax and internal auditors, resolving their queries and accomplishing the audits within time
4. To prepare details of notices as received from departments such as DoT, Income Tax, GST, Labour department, etc from time to time under guidance of Finance head, to co-ordinate with HODs, consultants to ensure timely submission of data with the concerned departments, etc."
Adhoc/ Other responsibilities "1. To lead the Oracle implementation & go-live
2. Ensure proper entries in the legacy as well as Oracle system
3. To find out more possible ways of automation
4. Driving process efficiency through development of SOPs
