Investor Relation Manager

• Develop and implement strategic investor relations plans and goals
• Act as the key point of contact for the investment community
• Organize and manage events such as investor meetings, SGM, AGM, presentations, and conferences
• Prepare and present financial information to analysts, investors, and company management
• Develop and maintain a company investor relations plan
• Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develop investor relations messages based on these changes
• Monitor and analyse peer companies, industry news, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Communicate with regulatory authorities regarding compliance and regulatory issues
• Create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
• Respond to inquiries from shareholders and investors in relation to company performance and actions
• Engage with the companys senior management to ensure investor relations strategy is aligned with company goals and achievements
