Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Design and develop AI models and algorithms to improve data analysis, predictive capabilities, and decision-making processes.
• Machine Learning Implementation: Implement and test ML models to enhance automation and optimize decision-taking workflows.
• Application Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
• Production Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee compliance with data privacy and security regulations throughout AI project lifecycles.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor model performance, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to refine accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:
  
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
• 3–5 years of professional experience in AI, ML, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying AI models in a production environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment and scalability.
• Data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib) to communicate insights effectively.
