Business Development Executive- Tender

Job Title: Tender Executive

Location: Sector 104, Hajipur

Reports to: Tender Manager/BD Manager

Job Purpose:

The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the bidding process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Tender Documents: Draft bid solicitation, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
• Manage Bidding Process: Oversee and ensure the timely submission of tenders, managing the process from initiation to completion.
• GeM Portal Analysis: Review and analyze government tenders on the GeM portal and prepare quotations as required.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all tender processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience of 1-3 years
• Proven experience in tender or bid management.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, E-procurement & GEM Portal.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
