Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professionals to manage end-to-end sales processes for our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a seamless experience for clients from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Sales and Client Management:

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase solutions.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and payment structures with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Strong understanding of construction materials, project execution, and contracting models Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of services, addressing client concerns effectively.
• Work closely with project managers to track progress and update clients.
• Convert qualified leads into closed sales.Track and report sales metrics, revenue targets, and market insights.
