Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager in Construction Civil Projects, you will be a key player in driving the sales growth of our civil . Your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the construction industry. This role requires a dynamic professional who excels in relationship building, project management, and strategic selling.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and civil engineering sectors.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, market research, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to the construction industry.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives, and proposing suitable solutions.

Project Management:

• Oversee the implementation of sales agreements, ensuring a smooth handover to the project execution teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the project successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Requirements -

• Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the construction or civil industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of civil concepts, construction processes, and project management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
