Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professionals to manage end-to-end sales processes for our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Sales Management:
• Handle the entire sales process, including lead generation, property presentation, site visits, and documentation.
• Convert qualified leads into closed sales within the defined timeline.

• Sales Closure:
• Negotiate effectively to finalize pricing and terms that align with customer expectations and company goals.
• Ensure proper documentation, contract execution, and payment collection during the closure process.

• Client Engagement and Follow-Up:
• Develop strong client relationships to understand their preferences and provide tailored property solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to address client concerns and ensure a smooth transaction.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline the sales process.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and achievements.

• Market Knowledge and Insights:
• Stay informed about the latest real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Provide actionable insights to management to enhance sales strategies.
