Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee

and manage our financial processes. The ideal candidate will ensure complian

with accounting standards, deliver accurate financial reports, and contribute

strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all transactions are properly documented and coded.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet

accounts.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Review journal entries, invoices, and expense reports for accuracy.

Monitor key financial metrics and analyze variances in performanc

• Prepare and share daily or weekly financial summaries with management

Participate in meetings with other departments to discuss budgets, project

funding, and financial result

• Coordinate with auditors to provide requested documentation.
• Prepare internal reports for management review.
• Document policies, procedures, and controls.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivale

preferred).

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financi

reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks
