- A leading clean energy company has engaged us to find an HR Lead who will oversee the entire HR for this well funded and strategically backed startup. This role will collaborate closely with the core leadership team to independently drive strategic HR initiatives, manage talent development, and implement human resources strategies that align with business objectives. A large focus of the role will be to lead the scaling of the organisation by attracting and retaining talent. Thus someone who has seen the growth from 1 to 10 in a startup is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management, Recruitment, and organisational development, coupled with exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- This needs someone who can deal with both white and blue collar employees and engage with them. Also someone who can setup policies basis best practices from the industry.
- People keen on getting into clean energy/EV space preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent
- Provide guidance on HR issues and identify training needs to enhance employee performance.
- Adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct, Data Protection, and Information Security policies.
- Lead and setup all performance management, compensation, and recruitment efforts.
- Convert business requirements into actionable HR solutions.
- Lead and Integrate and promote organisational values across all levels.
- Keep stakeholders updated on significant organisational changes.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 15 yrs post MBA
- Strong expertise of leading HR with a team
- Led HR for a startup and worked with a large MNC
- Understanding organisational culture and hierarchy.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
