Reliance Infrastructure is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and manage HR functions at an executive level.
The ideal candidate should have at least 18 years of experience in the infrastructure industry with a proven track record of success in HR leadership, workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall HR strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and transformation strategies to build a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to develop workforce planning strategies, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and succession planning.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders such as department heads, senior leadership, and other key decision-makers to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in the infrastructure industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing HR teams in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure sector-specific HR challenges and talent needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in HR metrics, data analysis, and decision-making.
- A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
