Zonal Head - B2C Agro Chemicals
About:
- We are currently retained by a growing Agri startup to hire a Zonal Head for their agro chemicals and biologicals business.
- As a Zonal Head for B2C Business Expansion, you will be responsible for driving regional growth by developing and executing tailored sales strategies and leading a team to meet targets.
- You will also make sure to build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful implementation of the go-to-market strategy and driving customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed targets, set goals, and ensure they are equipped and trained.
- Build stakeholder relationships, drive customer acquisition and retention, and collaborate on marketing campaigns.
- Manage P&L and sales budgets, optimize processes, and ensure policy compliance.
- Track performance, provide insights, and present forecasts and strategic plans to management.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 8+ years of Sales and business development experience
- Agri inputs- Biologicals/Fertilisers/Pesticides exposure is must
- Prior experience of managing sales in a state or zonal capacity
- In-depth knowledge of the agricultural market in B2C sales.
- Graduate/MBA in Agri or Biotechnology
