Business Development Manager - Agritech
- We are currently retained by a growing Agri-tech start-up to hire a Business Development Manager (B2B) for them. Please note this is an agri based role and needs someone with strong background in Agri- Input industry.
- As a Business Development Manager, you will responsible to Develop and Implement B2B Marketing Strategies and Generate Revenue.

Key Responsibilities :
- Accountable for revenue generation and margin targets.
- Building, planning, directing, and implementing business strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the organization.
- Lead generation and identification of new channel partner, institutional partner, FPOs, and business opportunities.
- Support marketing team to develop and achieve short- and long-term goals of the organization.
- To manage existing sales pipeline and generate new business.
- Team building, risk management, scaling up the Agri input business & relationship management with institutional buyers.
To fit the bill, you must have :
- 8+ years of B2B Sales experience
- Agri inputs- Biologicals/Fertilizers/Pesticides exposure is must
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Through understanding of B2B marketing and Product Management
