We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in ETL testing, with a strong background in data quality assurance and data validation. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, developing automated testing scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity throughout the ETL process. Responsibilities :

- Design and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes to ensure data integrity and quality.

- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and tools for ETL testing.

- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to understand data flow and transformations.

- Identify and document defects and issues in the ETL process and work with the development team to resolve them.

- Perform data validation and data reconciliation between source systems and target data warehouses.

- Analyze ETL logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

- Prepare test summary reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in ETL testing or data quality assurance.

- Strong knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.

- Proficient in SQL for data validation and querying databases.

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.

- Familiarity with data modeling and data governance best practices.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java for automation scripting.

- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
