We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce configuration and implementation, along with the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders to drive solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop and implement Salesforce solutions.

- Configure Salesforce applications and customize the platform to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes using Salesforce.

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce applications.

- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades or new releases of Salesforce.

- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, configurations, and user guides.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required.

- Experience in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and best practices for data management and integration.

- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce development.

- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party integrations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
