We are seeking an experienced Actimize AIS / RCM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in developing and implementing Actimize solutions, with a strong understanding of anti-money laundering processes and risk case management. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and business acumen to enhance our compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Actimize AIS (Anti-Money Laundering) and RCM (Risk Case Management) solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform system integration and data migration tasks to ensure seamless functionality of Actimize applications.

- Maintain and enhance existing Actimize modules, including configuration, customization, and testing.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Actimize applications.

- Provide support for incident resolution and troubleshooting for production issues.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in Actimize development, specifically with AIS and RCM modules.

- Strong knowledge of Actimize platform architecture and components.

- Proficiency in SQL and database management (Oracle, MS SQL Server).

- Experience with Java, .NET, or other programming languages used in Actimize development.

- Understanding of financial crime and compliance regulations relevant to the banking and financial services industry.

- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools relevant to Actimize.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
