We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join us as the Head of Finance. The Head of Finance will play a key role in building and leading our finance team, overseeing end-to-end financial accounting, operations, and contributing to the strategic financial planning of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to make a significant impact in the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team.foster culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys goals and growth plans.
• Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, trends, and forecasts to guide strategic decisions to all the stakeholders
• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain accurate and robust financial forecasts to support effective decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Manage and optimize cash flow to support operational needs and growth initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the companys financial health.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the companys tax position to ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate, enhance, and implement financial systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Manage the relationship with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making across the organization.
  
  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in leading finance teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
