Support Account management team by assisting in regular communication with clients and helping resolve critical escalations and queries.
Help build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business and product needs.
Assist in acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Gather and organize feedback from clients regarding their experience with our services and use this information to improve service quality.
Assist in preparing regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and other relevant metrics to assess performance.
Collaborate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to optimize processes and ensure a great customer experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Current student pursuing a Bachelor s degree or recent graduate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy.
Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
Familiarity with MS Excel and a basic aptitude for data analysis.
