Job Description
- Support Account management team by assisting in regular communication with clients and helping resolve critical escalations and queries.
- Help build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business and product needs.
- Assist in acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Gather and organize feedback from clients regarding their experience with our services and use this information to improve service quality.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and other relevant metrics to assess performance.
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to optimize processes and ensure a great customer experience.
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor s degree or recent graduate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and a basic aptitude for data analysis.
