Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Partnership manager to join our team in the gaming sector. The role involves driving strategic brand partnerships, managing player engagement initiatives, and enhancing our brands presence within the gaming ecosystem. You will play a key role in developing loyalty programs, overseeing leaderboards, managing the loyalty store, and engaging with brands for collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming landscape in India, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to execute partnership strategies that align with our business goals.

Location: Hyderabad

Designation : Open and depending on experience level

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic brand partnerships to enhance the company s market position in the gaming industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including gaming influencers, esports teams, game developers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage with brands for collaborations, negotiating listings, and integrating them into loyalty programs and gifting solutions.

2. Brand Collaboration and Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner brands into gaming campaigns, promotions, and player engagement activities.

3. Loyalty Programs and Player Engagement:

  • Design and manage loyalty programs, including leaderboards and point systems, to enhance player engagement and retention.
  • Oversee the loyalty store, ensuring a diverse range of exciting rewards and brand-sponsored gifts that resonate with the player community.
  • Work with brands to list products, services, and exclusive rewards in the loyalty store, enhancing the value proposition for players.

4. Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities within the gaming sector.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partnership strategies based on market data and player engagement metrics.

5. Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor partnership performance and compliance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and enhance the overall player experience.

6. Campaign and Event Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities and coordinate brand presence at gaming events, conferences, and esports tournaments.
  • Manage event collaborations and ensure smooth execution of brand activities to boost visibility and engagement.

7. Loyalty Store and Gifting Management:

  • Manage the loyalty store, curating a selection of in-demand items and exclusive gifts that drive player engagement.
  • Collaborate with brands to source new products and experiences for the loyalty store, enhancing the appeal of rewards and loyalty incentives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or tech industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the gaming landscape in India, including esports, loyalty programs, player engagement strategies, and key industry players.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate partnership performance and player engagement, deriving actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and negotiate deals.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple partnerships and engagement initiatives simultaneously.
  • Networking: Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships in the gaming or related industries.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to develop unique partnership opportunities and player engagement strategies that resonate with the gaming audience.
