We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment and Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support day-to-day operational functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the HR and Operations teams to drive talent acquisition efforts while ensuring smooth operational workflows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Hands on experience in IT Recruitment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further interviews with senior management.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offer negotiations, and the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reporting.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and develop strategies to attract top talent.

Operations:

• Support the smooth running of daily operational activities across departments.
• Events Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee morale and collaboration
• Engagement Initiatives: Design and execute programs and activities that promote employee engagement, recognition, and team building.
• Assist in managing office resources, such as supplies and equipment, and maintaining office-related inventories.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management to support organizational goals and ensure alignment with employee engagement strategies
• Assist with internal communications and facilitate coordination among departments.
• Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with company initiatives..
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
