SDET II

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 3 years of experience to join our team. The SDET will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, ensuring the quality of our software products, and collaborating closely with the development team to drive best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Perform thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality and performance.
• Identify, record, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to improve code quality.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the development and management teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SDET or similar role for at least 3 years.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance and load testing tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
