Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Specialist - Influencer Marketing to lead our thought leadership
initiatives. In this role, you ll identify key influencers, research industry trends, and craft
compelling content for webinars and podcasts. You ll coordinate with influencers, vendors, and
internal teams to ensure flawless event execution. If you re a creative, detail-oriented
professional with strong project management skills, and a passion for enhancing brand visibility,
this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research on industry webinars related to our domain, identifying
trends and key areas of interest.
Create and maintain a list of potential influencers who can contribute to our thought
leadership initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, and other events.
Research and compile a list of relevant and trending topics for upcoming webinars and
podcasts to engage our target audience.
Develop detailed campaign briefs to guide the execution of influencer marketing
initiatives.
Manage and coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) and
external stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful execution of projects and
events.
Generate comprehensive post-event reports, analyzing the success of events and
providing insights for future improvements.
Provide backend support in the execution and promotion of various events, ensuring
high levels of attendance and engagement.
Research and implement strategies to increase registrations and attendance at our
webinar sessions.
Support the logistics of maintaining and nurturing relationships with event speakers,
ensuring their experience aligns with our brand values.
Track the performance of all influencer marketing campaigns, maintaining an up-to-date
dashboard for reporting and analysis.
Research opportunities for collaboration with external agencies as part of our influencer
marketing initiatives.
Maintain and regularly update the event calendar, providing weekly, monthly, and
quarterly updates on planned activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or public relations.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal
and external stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment.
Proficient in using marketing tools and software for tracking and reporting campaign
performance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
