What s the role
What Success Looks Like in this Role
- To define clearly, this role is Content Leadership.
- You re building a team, AND a culture of creative excellence. The team you lead is the content engine for all GTM teams. As the content chief, your mission is to ensure quality, clarity, consistency, and relevance across all our rollouts. Most importantly, you do a lot of critical thinking about customer touch points and their experience of consuming content.
- How do you come up with Content Bets
- In this role, you work with copywriters, product marketers, video and motion graphics - on product, brand and marketing releases - sometimes, all simultaneously :)
- Most of what you do, can be categorized on the Content side or the Enablement side.
- On the Content side:
- Create, align and execute content strategies to help with discovery and engagement.
- On the Enablement side:
- Set up enablement cadences for Sales, Partners, Customer Success and other customer-facing teams
- Lead a content revolution with a side of flair.

- How do you measure the effectiveness of messaging
- Context of our business needs, the industries/categories we operate in, the audience we re talking to, product and its competence. Our expectation from you is to understand the brand, the product, the market, the positioning and derive context-based messaging. Needless to say, the role requires high marketing maturity and deep understanding of content distribution.
- How do you carry out a segment-wise, sequential GTM
- One important expectation from this person is to get their hands dirty occasionally and ship critical content items independently.
- What s your approach to creating a messaging charter
- Finally, our content leader is expected to work smartly - with data and rationale. They see AI as a friend, and not a threat. They have a creative instinct that fast-tracks decision-making, but still maintain a clear bias for action.
- Run a CoE for Content and Creative
- Execute product GTMs
- Run sales enablement cadences with cust-facing teams
- Assume planning for Content Strategy, Marketing and Distribution
- Run content strategy for Customer Marketing
These KRAs are directional, and we re open to working them out to your speicialization and experience.
