Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and creative Associate/Sr. Associate to join our Digital Marketing team, focusing on Online Reputation Management (ORM). This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about maintaining and enhancing our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will be smart, think outside the box, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring: Continuously monitor online platforms including social media, review sites, forums, and blogs for reviews, comments, and any buzz related to OdinSchool.
• Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to reviews, comments, and messages across various online platforms.
• Corrective Actions: Develop and execute strategies to address negative feedback, organize word-of-mouth efforts, and manage media coverage to improve online reputation.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on the status of OdinSchools online reputation, including metrics on sentiment analysis, volume of mentions, and key trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to managing our online presence.
• Innovation: Propose and implement creative strategies to enhance the companys online reputation and visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA is advantageous.
• 1-2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and ORM tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
