Job Description -

I. YOUR ROLE Develop an in-depth understanding of brands assigned, in order to ideate, manage and deliver optimum output in conjunction with all internal and external teams. Seamlessly communication with all stakeholders and a knack for creative writing is key to the role.

II. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Monitoring the social handles & platforms across web Monitoring done through a tool + manually Posting responses to posts around the brand accurately and in a timely manner Ensuring the TAT expected by the client is maintained Making the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied Clearing doubts an individual has about what the brand offers – Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on brand social media pages – Response management to be done smartly through a social media listening tool – Sharing the brand comments real-time with the brand managers (of the respective brand) – Categorization of the data & deriving meaningful analysis. Sharing the same with the brand – Generating reports through the tool. The reports made in the PPT format which will be made after analysing the conversations which came in for the brand.

III. ABOUT YOU • Professional / Academic Requirements - 0-1 years of relevant work experience. Freshers can also apply for this role. - A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field • Technical Requirements - Good knowledge ofsocial media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) - Basic understanding of social media analytics that will go into reports - Proficient with the MS Office Software (Word, Power Point, Excel) - Excellent communication and presentation skills
