HOD Business Management & Economics (IBDP & IGCSE) for AY 2025-2026

Greenwood High is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Department (HOD) for Business Management & Economics to lead a vibrant and growing department for the IBDP & IGCSE curriculum.

This leadership role is ideal for an educator with a passion for business education and a commitment to fostering student success.

Key responsibilities include overseeing curriculum development, mentoring and guiding faculty members, and ensuring high academic standards within the department.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of both IBDP and IGCSE business management and economics programs, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Masters degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in IBDP & IGCSE curriculum.
• Proven ability to manage a team and lead academic initiatives.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
