IPYP Science Teacher

Greenwood High is seeking a passionate and dedicated IPYP Science Teacher to join our vibrant Primary Years Program (PYP) team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching science to primary-aged students, with a commitment to fostering curiosity and critical thinking in young learners.

You will play a key role in developing inquiry-based science lessons and encouraging exploration, experimentation, and discovery in the classroom.

Key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging science lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.

The successful candidate will be collaborative, innovative, and dedicated to the growth and development of each student.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with experience in the PYP or inquiry-based learning preferred.
• Strong understanding of IPYP Science and the ability to teach science in an engaging, hands-on way.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for science education and inspiring young minds.
