Activity Coordinator

GREENWOOD HIGH is looking for Activity Coordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Developing and implementing activity programs that are appropriate for the target audience and align with their interests and abilities. Coordinating and scheduling events, including transportation, staff, and resources needed for successful execution. Encouraging participation and engagement by promoting events, communicating with participants, and providing assistance as needed. Managing budgets and resources, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and managing financial records. Collaborating with other staff members, volunteers, and outside organizations to enhance the quality and variety of activities offered. Monitoring and evaluating the success of activities and adjusting programs as needed to meet the changing needs and interests of participants. Ensuring that all activities adhere to safety and health standards and regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills
