1.Insurance Policy Management- Oversee the insurance process for new truck policies, ensuring proper documentation, accurate coverage, and compliance with insurance regulations.

2.Claims Management & Settlement- Process

Administer and monitor the end-to-end claims process, including claim initiation, assessment, and settlement, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution.

3. Engagement with Insurers & Surveyors-

Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers, surveyors, and other key external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration in claims assessment and policy management.

4. Data Management & Reporting- Ensure accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting related to truck insurance policies, claims, and settlement status to support decision-making.

5. ⁠Process Improvements-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize claim processing times.

6. ⁠Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on policy requirements, claim statuses, and early vehicle release, driving continuous improvements.
