Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage medical claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of health insurance policies, TPA (Third Party Administrator), Mediclaim, and other relevant documents to determine claim validity.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims issues and ensure smooth claim settlement.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all claims processed, including documentation and reporting.
