Role & Responsibilities:
● Knowledge on Account, contact and billing, payments.
● Understanding on Order actions for subscription management. ● Good Understanding to Product catalog and charge models.
● Good to have hands on Bill Runs, Billing Document posting, cancel, apply payment and DM/CM along with regenerate and share billing documents.
● Good hands on configure reports, Share, and extract data from data sources.
● Ability to Run Workflows, test, and debug simple errors. Product catalog and Quoting templates.
● Understanding on Application processors, Data augmentation.
Good to have: Hands on JavaScript, SQL, CSS, jQuery, Python, Rest/Soap APIs etc., Zuora Admin/Developer Certification
