Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Management:

○ Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and alignment with the company's goals.

○ Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

2. Technical Expertise:

○ Provide technical guidance and expertise in full stack development, ensuring the use of best practices and technologies.

○ Architect and develop scalable and robust web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

○ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the development process where appropriate.

3. Project Management:

○ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

○ Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and address any issues or concerns.

○ Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes.

4. Quality Assurance:

○ Ensure the highest standards of code quality, security, and performance through code reviews and testing.

○ Implement and monitor continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

○ Address technical debt and ensure the maintainability of the codebase.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: -6-8 years of experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.

• Technical Skills:

○ Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

○ Strong back-end development skills using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, or similar.

○ Experience with database design and management (SQL and NoSQL databases).

○ Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Additional Skills:

○ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

○ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

○ Experience with agile development methodologies.

○ Knowledge of search engine technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr) is a plus.
