Job Description
1. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding focus and needs and anticipating them in advance
2. Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
3. Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
4. Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
5. Perform account mining/penetration activities to increase product adoption and revenue
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
1. Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
2. Illustrate the value of the SearchUnify product to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
3. Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings, develop & own business plans for existing clients
4. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities
5. Keep the CRM updated at all times.
6. Close renewals & upsells.
7. Deliver product demos & conduct executive business reviews to customers
Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline
2. 8-12 years of relevant sales or customer success or account management experience
3. Understanding of / work experience in support is desirable
4. Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
5. Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with an aptitude to learn systems
